Western Australia's death metal band, Scourged Flesh released their third project "Welcome to the End of the World”, with Soundmass on October 30, 2009.
Formed in 2006 by brothers Todd and David Kilgallon, their debut project "Released from Damnation" was released in 2006 followed by "Bury the Lies" in 2007. The band was joined in 2008 by outstanding guitarist Daniel Holmes and a new bass player, Simon Hoggett both members of Australia's Industrial / Darkwave Metal Band, TEMPLAR.
The Band entered the studio at the beginning of 2009 with the goal to record a brutal metal album. “Welcome to the End of the World” is the result- a brutal yet melodic death metal album with a focus on groove.
Fans of Bolt Thrower and Obituary should check it our as well as TEMPLAR fans.
